How to use

1. clean your teeth with a toothbrush

2. apply a strip of bleaching gel along the entire length of the silicone splint

3. place the Bleaching Form/LED on the upper and lower jaw

4. activate the LED and let the bleaching gel work for 15-20 minutes depending on the degree of discoloration If the discoloration is very severe, you can continue the bleaching process for another 10 minutes (maximum 30 minutes).

5. remove the Accelerator and wash out the mouth with warm water Afterwards you can remove the excess gel with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The Home Bleaching products are easily cleaned with water.
