Returns

Can I return products?

Yes, of course! For up to 14 days after your order, you have the option of using the revocation form to complain about a shipment.
After your written cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us with a return label provided by us.
The return label means that the return is free of charge. The return label will be sent to you by e-mail upon request for a return.
We only take back complete, originally packed articles and sets. Exclusive gifts enclosed by us are bound to the purchase of the ordered products. Therefore, we can only cancel those items that are accompanied by the additions contained in the order. Credits will therefore only be issued for returns that have been received in full.

How do I return goods?

As a user with a customer account:

Please log into your customer account.
Click "My orders" under the menu item "My account".
In the "Last orders" list, select the order you wish to return.
Click on "View" on the right side of the order to be returned.
At the end of the order overview you will find the button "Number of articles for return".
Afterwards please select the quantity and the article you want to return and choose a reason and a processing type.
Please stick the return label on the package and send it back to us free of charge. It will then be sent to you by e-mail for printing.
As a user without a customer account:

You can also use the Kosmetik4You revocation form PDF to trigger a return.
Please fill out the revocation form and send it to info(at)kosmetik4you.de .
We ask you to fill out the form very thoroughly so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.


How do I return goods from abroad?

The German right of withdrawal also applies abroad. Here you have the opportunity to return your order at your own expense and according to the defined deadlines (see cancellation policy).
